Why Urban Wedding Gala?
Unlike
your typical bridal shows, Urban Wedding Gala strives to break
the conventional tradeshow bonds by having an intimate and
interactive event. There will be no booths to constrict vendors!
No pressure sales! No gift boxes! Instead each vendor will have
the confidence to know that their product will be one of a very
select few in his/her area of expertise. With limited spaces in
each category, the vendor does not have to worry about their
competition and can focus on educating the bride and groom.
There will be a gift giveaway at the end of the show but
registered brides are not expected to put ballots in boxes to
receive gifts.
Urban Wedding Gala will be an elegant and
sophisticated event serving champagne and cocktails to their
clientele. Gift bags will be provided at the door. There will be catered food and wedding cake samples
to enjoy with complementary make up sessions.
What is your marketing plan to increase
attendance?

Marketing ads will be distributed throughout the lower
mainland

Brochures will be handed out at local bridal tradeshows
directly to brides

within their wedding sections (Georgia Straight)

direct emails from Urban Wedding's website

distribute emails and direct contact with their clientele
What is your anticipated attendance? How
many brides do you currently have registered?
Urban Wedding Gala is expecting hundreds of brides,
grooms and family members to attend the event. Promotion being
distributed daily and a steady response is coming in very
quickly. It is difficult to make any final predictions but Urban
Wedding is projecting a minimum of 500 brides. Because this
event is very select and very intimate Urban wants it's vendors
to get the best form of marketing for their investment.
What is the floor plan?
The event floor plan will be available shortly. Each
confirmed vendor will receive set-up times, arrival
instructions, layout maps and etc. approximately 2 weeks
prior to event.
Where is the Urban Wedding Gala?
Do you have a list of questions developed
for the brides to answer for post-event bride contact list?
When brides arrive at the event they will be asked to fill
out a brief form gathering very simple information about the
bride and her upcoming event.
