Frustrated by the Vancouver bridal magazine market, Eric launched Urban Wedding Magazine in October of 2007. It was the first magazine Vancouver area dedicated to showcasing a wide variety of qualified local vendors. His original magazine concept has filled the long ignored gap at the top end of the market.

A self confessed "detail person", Eric Marcina thrives on the creative energy of running a magazine. Building relationships with our advertisers, our readers and the members of the Urban team over the years Eric has brought together a list of the top in this business.
