If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Urban Wedding or any third party provider of distributor should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the above and below described functions or uses of this website or magazine and its content, the liability of Urban Wedding and the third party providers and distributors shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater (a) the subscription fee and service charge for accessing the site or magazine, or (b) CAD$35.00

Claims and Compliants: In the event of a complaint against Urban Wedding and its affiliates, it must be submitted in writing to Urban Wedding within five business days, failing to do so will result in the complaint and/or claim being invalid.
