The
Rehearsal
The
rehearsal is held at the church or place of your wedding and it is always
nice to precede or follow the rehearsal with a dinner. It can be informal
or formal but it gives the opportunity for everyone to get acquainted with
each other.
During
the rehearsal, you might want to go through the procedures two or three
times to be sure everyone knows what to do and will be confident and comfortable
on the wedding day. It is a good suggestion to have your. child attendants
there and see if they will be able to handle their duties with ease. Any
sign of difficulty should warrant consideration concerning the use of a
child who appears shy or hard to manage. Any special vows and procedures
should be rehearsed to perfection to avoid any uncertainties and pressures
that could cause nervousness. Everyone will be so happy for you during
your wedding no one will care if everything doesn't come off to perfection.
But the better you can prepare yourselves, the more you can forget about
procedures and just enjoy your day. The

Parents,
siblings, wedding party and dates, and out of town guest who have already
arrived should be invited. Consider getting a sitter for the youngsters.
They've had a big day and might not last through the dinner too. Try to
seat everyone at one table with the engaged couple together facing the
rest of the wedding party. A larger party might call for a U-shaped table.
Now is the time to present members of the wedding with a memento. Let them
know how much you appreciate them. This is also the time for your most
important guests to get to know each other so allow some time to share
funny, touching stories and informal toasts from friends and family. Try
to not have it run too late. You have a big day coming up.
